Steve Bennet is the President and Chief Executive Officer of BenComm. He founded the company in 1991, and has since led the company to become the 4th largest Avaya SME Partner in the country. Steve studied economics at the University of Maryland, having earned his B.S. in 1978 and his M.S. in 1980. He has been married for over 20 years and has two children. He is an avid racquetball player and has gone on scuba diving trips all over the world.
Kit Halliday is the Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of BenComm. He initially joined the company as an installer, programmer and software specialist in 1997. Kit was one of the first installers in the country to master the Avaya IP Office in its early development, for which he was later acknowledged by Avaya as one of the Top 20 Master Techs in the country. He graduated from the University of Utah in 1994, having earned a B.F.A. with an emphasis on acting. Originally from Utah, Kit enjoys traveling abroad, skiing and scuba diving.
After nearly a decade as a customer, Mark Rowe joined BenComm in 2005 and is currently the company's Chief Operating Officer. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida, earning a B.A. in Communication. He then earned a M.Div. from Regent University, graduating summa cum laude. Mark has a strong, hands-on understanding of the technologies we represent and holds multiple technical certifications including Microsoft Systems Engineer and Security +. Mark has been married for over 20 years and has three children. He often plays racquetball and enjoys skiing.
Jennifer Hecht is the Vice President of Business Development and has been with BenComm since 2005. She studied communications, marketing and public relations at Coastal Carolina University, having graduated in 1999. While there, she played #1 singles and doubles tennis, and continues to play competitively today. In her spare time, she writes romantic comedy screenplays. Jennifer resides in Montgomery County with her husband and son.
Holly Saah plays an integral role as the company's Customer Service Manager and has been with BenComm since 2004. She initially joined as a receptionist prior to being promoted a year and a half later. Holly studied general studies at Montgomery College.
With over 16 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Chris Billheimer is the Field Services Manager for BenComm. He is responsible for overseeing and managing all of the company's technicians. He has been with BenComm since 2006, having originally started out as a technician. Chris is married and spends his spare time playing sports with his son.
